A beautiful bed and breakfast that is about a mile and a half outside Soriano nel Cimino, Italy. The location couldn’t be better, at the northern tip of the Tiber Valley, just an hour north of Rome, at the doorway to Umbria and Tuscany.

This adorable B&B features five independent rooms, each with its own outside entrance. Each room is decorated in its own unique and beautiful style, while offering all modern conveniences you would want, including air conditioning, satellite television, kitchenette, and more.

Three of the five rooms are part of the main villa, which was an ancient farmhouse that the Riva family painstakingly restored into the beautiful B&B you see today. Two additional rooms are completely independent mini-villas, which are situated just a few steps from the main villa.

Three of the rooms sleep two, one sleeps three, and the fifth is a two story apartment that sleeps five.

The B&B includes a common area on the bottom floor of the main villa with a laundry room, a beautiful dining room and expansive patio with views of the rolling hills as far as the eye can see.

Just a couple hundred feet away, as you walk through the family’s olive orchards, vineyards, and hazelnut orchards, sits a beautiful pool for all guests to take advantage of.
