Paola, Don, Scott and Carla

16 days to go before I make my trek to Italy for 5 months this year, but our tours have started. Fortunately, so that I could get some last minute work done and finish coaching our son's baseball team, Paola went over ahead of me for our first tour of the year.

Scott & Michelle (from Texas), and Don & MaryAnn (from Washington) are our guests for this week that ends tomorrow. They have chosen to do a somewhat custom itinerary that more or less mixes some of the highlights from other itineraries we offer... making it somewhat intense: Rome, Florence, Cortona, up into Umbria, etc. etc.

To my utter pleasure, Michelle has a Blog where she has been posting daily trip reports. It's a great read! Have a look.

This is Michelle of "Scott & Michelle", and I just wanted to say what a truly wonderful time we had with Paola, Carla, Rita, and Spartaco. We really did feel like family and you & Italy are in our hearts forever. I would say this was a once in a lifetime trip, but I plan on returning many times. We miss you and love you dearly!

ID LIKE TO START BY SAYING THANK-YOU TO THE KOVNICK FAMILY. WOW! WHAT AN AMAZING VACATION I JUST HAD. SORIANO IS ONE OF THE MOST BEAUITFUL PLACES I'VE EVER BEEN. I ENJOYED EACH DAY I SPENT WITH THIS FAMILY. THEY TOOK ME FROM CITY TO CITY SEEING THINGS I ONLY READ ABOUT IN BOOKS IN THE PAST. I SAW BEAUITFUL PARTS OF THE COUNTRY SIDE, CHURCHES, STONE CARVING, CASTLES, MARKETS, HOMES THAT ARE 100'S OF YEARS OLD, LOCAL ARTIST, THE LEANING TOWER OF PISA, THE FALLEN CITY, ROME AND MANY MORE PLACES TOO MANY TO LIST. THEY GAVE ME A VACATION THAT I WILL CHERISH FOR EVER. IF ANYONE IS THINKING OF SEEING ITALY THIS IS THE FAMILY YOU'LL WANT TO BE WITH. THEY WILL MAKE YOUR STAY THE MOST MEMORIABLE TRIP YOU'VE EVER TAKEN, AND YOU WILL LEAVE FEELING THAT YOU HAVE A FAMILY IN ITALY FOR LIFE. HELLO....i would like to say that my last trip was amazingplay bingo for funi had spend my last trip with my friends in Goa.so it was so much wonderful. we played the bingo so its was lot of fun.we really did feel like a just came in heaven so this trip was so great.i enjoyed each day.i saw lot of beautiful beaches.so i always remember this trip.we really enjoyed.i would say this was a my memorable trip.
