On the week of May 17, 2008, we were joined by Terry, Katie, Mary, Erica, Maka, and Sue. We had a wonderful group and an amazing time together as we visited Rome twice, Motepulciano, Florence, Assisi, Villa Lante, and more. During the week we had three cooking classes in which we made pizza from scratch, fresh ricotta cheese and a day of Gnocchi.
