Our first tour of the 2008 season. We were joined by Scott, Michelle, Don and MaryAnn for this tour that included several cooking classes and visits to Assisi, Rome, Florence, Spoleto and more. Everyone became quick friends and had a fantastic time. Scott and Michelle... we're going o hold you to that visit in Florida!

On the week of May 17, 2008, we were joined by Terry, Katie, Mary, Erica, Maka, and Sue. We had a wonderful group and an amazing time together as we visited Rome twice, Motepulciano, Florence, Assisi, Villa Lante, and more. During the week we had three cooking classes in which we made pizza from scratch, fresh ricotta cheese and a day of Gnocchi. The pictures in this gallery are from several of the days when I (Michael) got camera happy. Paola and I miss all of you and can't wait to see you again!

On May 26 we were joined by Mark & Mary, Dave & Cindy, Mike & Peggy, and Theresa & Anita. We had a wonderful week of four classes, including Fettuccine, Pizza, Gnocchi and Liminocello / Biscotti. We visited Florence, Spoleto, Bomarzo, Montepulciano, Montalcino and much more this week. As always, new friends were made and wonderful memories were forged. As Theresa might say, it was stronger than 9 yards of fresh cut garlic! :-)
