Transportation

From the first moment to the last moment, we take care of all transportation. We pick you up from the Rome airport (or cruise terminals) and bring you to Soriano nel Cimino. We will bring you to and from all of your cooking classses if you are on a cooking vacation, and we will provide transportation on all excursions. You will not spend a penny on transportation while you are with us unless you choose to go out on your own.

Lodging

Every one of our guests stays in first class accomodations. In most cases you will stay in one of our gorgeous village homes, complete with air conditioning, satellite TV (with dozens of english channels), dedicated Wireless Internet, full kitchen, full bathroom, extremely comfortable beds, Italian espresso/cappuccino machine, American coffee machine, and much more. Our overflow goes to beautiful bed and breakfasts here in Soriano nel Cimino. When you book your tour, we will give you your choice of accomodations, and you will have the opportunity to see pictures, etc. The lodging is included in the tour price, and there are no extra charges.

Your home will also be prepared with your immediate comfort in mind as you arrive. You will find fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, freshly baked bread, freshly baked cookies, soda, and mineral water as you enter your home. This is our way of helping you unwind after your trip.

Meals

We include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner every day when we are having class or excursions. Breakfast is always a traditional Italian light breakfast of Cappuccino and Pastry. Lunch vaies anywhere from a full five course feast to a light picnic with Panini, depending on the itinerary for that day. Dinner, similarly varies between light and five course meals, depending on what we did for lunch and what excursions we are doing that evening.

Alcohol & Beverages

Lunch alays includes wine or beer. Dinner always includes wine or beer and an after-dinner drink. Additionally, we take care of refreshments on our excursions.

Cooking Classes

If your tour includes cooking classes, everything is included. We purchase all of the ingredients (for some classes you will come shopping with us in local markets, but we make all of the purchases) while you just enjoy learning to cook amazing Italian dishes... and eat :-)

Entry Fees

When we do excursions, all entry fees and tour expenses are covered by us. You have nothing to pay.

Mobile Phone

We provide a pre-paid mobile phone for each party of at least two people on our tours. The phone comes with 25 Euros worth of calling credit and free incoming calls. This also helps us keep in contact when we are separated.

English Speaking Guides

All tours will have an English Speaking Guide. You will also have an English speaking tour manager that is with you much of the way

What is Not Included

Essentially, anything not mentioned above (we've covered just about everything) is not included. This may include gifts or purchases you make during your stay, additional drinks outside of that mentioned above, any meals or transportation not included in the tour package, additional outbound calling beyond the 25 Euros of credit on the phone (You will need to top up to get more minutes, so the costs cannot get out of hand for you) , etc. Finally, gratuities, which are appreciated (but not required) by those that handle your luggage, drivers, and guides; are not included.
