An ancient festival featuring a procession of farmers and fishermen that represent the town's ancient guilds, as well as their products such as grain, vegetables and fish.

With drum lines in front of them, they pass three times in front of the church door, each time drinking some wine while the priests offer them ciambelle (A local sweet bread)
