In honor of St. Jeseph, Acquapendente holds this one-day festival centered around a specialty dish called Frittelle di San Giuseppe.

It is a fried dough made with pine nuts, raisins, cinnamon, lemon, some Rum, topped by powdered sugar.

Well worth the drive!
