Description	This is the very tail end of the Olive Harvest. Soriano's area produces excellent DOP Extra Virgin Olivive Oil. Many towns in the area have harvest festivals during this period. You can visit just about any Olive mill for a tour, and often for an 'experience' of picking the olives and pressing the oil. There are many mills, especially in Canino, that have stores on site that will let you buy fresh olive oil.
