Why are the nightly rates so high compared to the weekly rates? PDF Print E-mail

Our greatest expense is when a guest checks in and checks out.  When you first check in, you will see what lengths we go to and what expenses we have every time a guest arrives.  It is nothing like staying in a hotel.  In fact, at the weekly rate, your first two days barely cover our guest turnover expenses.  Because of this, we cannot possibly prorate the weekly rate for shorter stays.

For the same reason, we give even dseeper discounts than our weekly rate for guests staying two weeks or longer.
