As we have grown to offer cooking, culinary, and culture vacations that expand beyond out home-base of Soriano nel Cimino, we have chosen to change to a new name that better reflects who we are. Who is DiscoverSoriano.com?

DiscoverSoriano.com is located in Central Florida, near Orlando, between Cape Canaveral and Palm Beach. We are a registered Florida LLC. All of our reservations are managed from the United States, while we maintain a presence in Soriano nel CImino, Italy, where we own and manage the village homes you see on this website. During the summer months, we operate entirely from Soriano nel CImino thanks to Voice over IP technology and the Internet.

The company is run by Michael and Paola Kovnick. Michael is a Los Angeles native, and Paola is a native of Soriano.
