What is your deposit and cancellation policy for tour packages?

For our all-inclusive one-week or more tour and/or class packages, a 20% deposit is required to block off your dates. This amount is fully refundable within 120 days of your tour start date. Between 60 days and 120 days, your reservation is fully refundable minus a $100 administrative fee. 60 days before the tour date the balance will be due, and your reservation will no longer be refundable unless we are able to rebook your spaces on the tour. In the event that we rebook for your spaces, you will receive a full refund, minus the $100 administrative fee.

For our single-day tours and classes, The full amount is due upon booking. This amount is fully refundable within 60 days of your tour or class.
