There are many villas for rent in Italy, and renting a villa provides a very similar experience. However, renting a villa is typically MUCH more expensive. Here are some pointers:

You are probably better off renting a villa if:

• You are in a large group that wants to stay together in the same house.
• You want a yard and garden where you stay.
• You want a swimming pool
• You don't want to be in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and coffee bars.
• You want isolation.
• You plan on spending more time during the day in the villa than out and about.

You are probably better off renting one of our homes if:

• You are a couple or small group of 4 or less people.
• You want to experience staying in the medieval quarter of an Italian village
• You don't care about a yard or pool.
• You want to be in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and coffee bars.
• You want to be around villagers interacting.
• You want a cost-effective alternative to a hotel.
• You plan on spending more time during the day out and about then in the home.
