You will have a phone number that you can call 24 hours a day for any medical needs or emergencies. The person at the other end of that number can get you to a doctor, hospital, dentist, etc. They can get an ambulance at your doorstep in no time, get you to an emergency room quickly, and they can even get a pharmacy opened in the middle of the night in case of emergency. Whatever your needs are, you will have people there to help that can communicate with you in English.
